So sorry that I haven't been blogging as I should! After the full on Christmas rush I thought January would be relatively quiet! but no . . its training, training and more training!
As well as the quarterly group meeting in Solihull in early January, there is also a new group in Huddersfield which are doing monthly meetings. This is great for me being based in Wakefield as it means I can keep up to date on a more regular basis without having to travel too far. These training meetings are so important. Not only do you get to meet other FM'ers (and meet new friends!) but you also get valuable advice on how to promote and build your business. Also as the teams grow we will be able to replicate these meetings and set them up so they are local to more and more FM'ers.
This month we did party plans. Which is great for me as I've never done a party plan before and I do have a couple lined up in February. It would be dreadful to get to my first party and stand there all tongue tied!! Thank goodness there is always the samples in my starter kit which I can hand out and ask people to smell. So my team are going to get together and talk about how we want to do a party and practice on each other before the big events! nothing like support and team work!
